Terms and Conditions — LPlate Promotional Offers

Effective immediately. Offers end 28 February 2026, 23:59 (UK time). We may change, suspend, or withdraw these offers, and/or amend these Terms at any time without notice.

1) Referral Offer

Eligibility

  • Bookings must be for 10 hours or more in a single transaction.
  • Not available for self-referrals. We may cancel/void self-referrals at any time.
  • One deal per booking; cannot be combined with any other promotion.

What you get

  • Referee: £25 off at checkout on a qualifying booking.
  • Referrer: £25 credit after the referee’s qualifying booking is paid.

How tracking works

  • Clicking a valid referral link sets a 30-day cookie; the discount applies if the booking is paid within that period.
  • If multiple deal links are used, only one can apply; last valid one prevails.

Credits

  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and auto-apply at checkout up to the wallet policy (see General Terms).
  • We may revoke or claw back credits if the underlying booking is cancelled, refunded, or found to violate these Terms.

Abuse/Fraud

  • We may refuse, reverse, or withhold discounts/credits if we suspect misuse, self-referral, duplicate/fake accounts, or fraudulent activity.

2) “Buy 10, Get 1 Free” Promotion

Eligibility

  • Bookings must be for at least 10 hours in a single transaction.
  • One deal per booking; cannot be combined with the Referral Offer or any other promotion.

What you get

  • An effective discount equivalent to one free hour (based on the applicable learner hourly rate for the selected instructor) applied at checkout.

Abuse/Fraud

  • We may refuse, reverse, or withhold the discount if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

3) General Terms (apply to both offers)

Offer Period

  • Valid until 28 February 2026, 23:59 (UK time). We may extend, modify, or end early at our discretion.

Non‑stacking

  • Only one deal can apply per booking (either the Referral Offer or the Buy 10, Get 1 Free promotion).

Wallet Credits

  • Wallet credits (including referral rewards) can cover up to 80% of the booking price; a £1.00 minimum card charge always applies at checkout.
  • Credits are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

Minimum Charge

  • A minimum charge of £1.00 applies to all transactions, regardless of wallet credits or discounts.

Availability

  • Subject to instructor availability and service area; we may refuse a booking that cannot be fulfilled.

Changes and Termination

  • We may change, suspend, or withdraw any offer, and/or amend these Terms at any time without notice. Our decisions are final.

Misuse

  • We may suspend or close accounts and void discounts/credits if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Privacy

  • We use cookies to attribute referral links. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and processing.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
